Hechi Jinchengjiang Airport in Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, was built in August 2014, after levelling 60 hilltops in the Jiantang mountain to make an airstrip and local airport for the area which has stunning views. It is 40 kms west of Hechi city and going to and fro from the downtown area takes an hour. The only carrier available to residents and visitors is China Express Airlines serving the destinations of Chongqing and Guilin.
