Vitamin Creative Space

Guangzhou, China

Established by Zhang Wei eleven years ago in Guangzhou, China the Vitamin Creative Space is a non-profit-organization for encouraging art. It is privately funded and is an art gallery as well as a space for self-expression through art. Some of the renowned artists who belong to this artistic club are the Chinese artist Xu Tan (famous for the Big Tail Elephant) and Olafur Eliasson, an Icelandic designer. What is unique about the gallery is that it does not conform to any particular school of art or thought. It provides a platform for freedom of expression through any kind of art, however traditional, contemporary, or modern it may be.
