Fu Mausoleum (East Tomb)

The Fu Mausoleum (East Tomb) is the final resting place of the founder of the Qing Dynasty, the Emperor Nurhaci and Empress Xiaocigao. Situated in the Liaoning Province, it has been declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 2004. The Mausoleum is famous for its extensive and unique architecture. It contains a stone archway, a red colored main gate, cloud pillars, sacred way, animals made of stone, a staircase of stone with 108 steps, and more. It also has a tea room, fruit room, silk burning room, all filled with ancient artifacts and antiques. The Mausoleum also has a famous stone sacrifice utensils and the Ming pavilion.
