The smallest of three airports that connect the Alxa League in Inner Mongolia, Ejin Banner Taolai is a bare bones airport, 12 km to the north west of town. It isn’t equipped to handle large scale air traffic. In fact, the only connection it has is to Alxa Left Banner Bayanhot Airport within the Alxa League and Xi’an. These routes are both serviced by Joy Air. It takes 25 minutes to reach from the city.
