Wuzhou Xijiang Airport is a small-scale airport opened in January 2019 to fulfill travel demands of the population of Wuzhou, Guangxi. It superseded the Wuzhou Changzhoudao Airport. Currently, only links to Changsha and Beijing are offered through China United and Shanghai Airlines, 8 and 6 times a week, respectively. The airport is built 40 kms from the urban center of town and getting there means expending a travel time of about an hour by taxi.
