New High-Speed Trains From Hong Kong to Chongqing to Start on 10th July

Great news for anyone looking to visit Chongqing from Hong Kong, a new high train route will start from the 10th of July (G319/G320). The daily trin will leave from Hong Kong Kowloon West station at 14:53 and arrive at Chongqing West at 22:26, a total duration of 7 hours and 37 minutes. There's also a daily train leaving from Chongqing West at 8:20, arriving at Hong Kong Kowloon West at 15:57, a total duration of 7 hours and 37 minutes. This is the first direct high-speed train link between the two cities. With high-speed links to all of China's tier 1 cities (Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou), and increasingly more routes to other important cities such as Chongqing, the importance of Hong Kong as a rail hub grows day-by-day. The route also connects Guiyang and Zunyi to Hong Kong, providing more choices for travelers.
More good news the people in Chongqing area, China Rail will also be adding an extra daily train to Lanzhou, and a host of extra services between the two major cities of Chongqing and Chengdu.
