The word "dongtian" means fairyland or the place where the Gods live. The Dongtian Park is appropriately named because it has an abundance of picturesque natural landscape that is heavenly. Because the entire region looks so mystical and magical, this tourist attraction's six sections also have the most suitable names like Longevity South Mountain (with its 10,000-year-old pine trees), Seamounts Wonders, Dongtian Fairyland, Cliff Wall with Inscriptions, South China Sea Dragon King, and the Sanya Natural History Museum. Within these six sections are 10 big Dongtians, 72 farylands, and 36 small Dongtians. Having more than 50 scenic spots, this is a wonderful place for naturalists and photographers.
