Also known as the Yalong Bay National Resort, the Yalong Bay is a 7.5 kilometres stretch of beach near Sanya City, China. Due to its white sands, crystal blue seas, and pleasant climate, it is one of the most popular tourist attractions in China. To cater to the large number of tourists there are numerous 5-star as well as budget hotels on the beachside. Visitors can indulge in scuba diving, swimming, snorkeling, riding in banana boats, or just relaxing under the tropical sun. There are many shops in the area where you can carry home locally-made Chinese souvenirs. Avoid the month of June because the sea is usually rough.
