Oriental Arts Center
It is abbreviated as SHOAC and it is located at the Century Avenue in Shanghai China. It was constructed jointly by Pudong New Area Government and the Municipal Government of Shanghai whose budget was 1.1 billion rnb. In 2003, polyculture and Arts Company won the rights of operating this grounds. There are several musical and cultural performances held in this center including the popular “Chinese traditional opera series”. This is a building that was designed by Paul Andreu and has a capacity of 1,953 seats, an elevating stage that is computer controlled and two VIP dressing rooms.
