Sanbai Wine Workshop
Wuzhen, China
The Sanbai Wine Workshop, also known as Gaogongsheng Distillery was established in the 14th century during the Ming Dynasty in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province, China. It produces the most famous Sanbai Wines that are well-known for their fragrant and mellow flavor. The wine produced at this distillery was used during the coronation of the Ming Dynasty emperors. The distillery still produces nearly 200 liters of some of the best hand-crafted wines in China like the 12% sticky rice wine, 4% sweet wine, and 55% Sanbai special. Collectively called the “three white wines”, they are popular with locals as well as tourists.
