Sandwiched between the picturesque Dianchi Lake Scenic Area and the Western Hills is the Grand View Park. At every step there is something beautiful to see, like temples, exhibition halls, pavilions, rockeries, bonsais, ancient trees, flowering plants, bridges, water bodies, and so on. Within the Park is the Santan Yingyue pool which has three large boulders dividing one pool into three pools. During full moon, there are three moons reflected in the waters giving the place a mysterious appearance. The highlight of the Park is the annual Tulip Festival when you can see more than 200,000 tulips swaying like a multi-colored carpet.
