Creating a beautiful white mist in lush green forests is the magnificent Mandian Waterfall. It is located in the lush tropical rainforest near Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, China. The area around the Waterfall has been the home of the Dai and Hani ethnic minority groups, who have lived for centuries without disturbing the beautiful ecosystem. The Waterfall has a drop of 20 meters and width of 10 meters made of 10 cascades thundering down sounding like galloping horses. The waters are surrounded by tall ancient trees that form the perfect habitat for different types of fauna. There is a natural platform opposite the Waterfall from where you can get a fantastic panoramic view of the cascades and the scenery.
