Quanfu Temple

Located in the Zhouzhuang Water Town, Jiangsu Province, China is the beautiful Daoist/Taoist Quanfu Temple that has multiple shrines, lakes, and bridges. There are many wonderful statues and relics in the temple complex, but the best one is the magnificent 10-meters tall Buddha statue. It is so large that a person would fit in the palm of his hand! There are statues of 18 Arhats (sages) with vivid expressions along the Buddha. There is also a copper statue of Sakyamuni Buddha that weighs 3 tons and a gigantic plaque on which Li Xiangeng, the Qing Dynasty calligrapher had inscribed the words “Riverside Buddhism Kingdom” in Chinese.
