The diameters of each ring is 6 meters and they have beautiful neon lights that can be seen at night even from a long distance. The gardens are full of colorful flowers that spread their sweet smell all over the Square. Visitors will also find the musical fountain a delight, with its neon lights and colorful display. The sheer beauty of the gardens and the buildings has made it a much-visited tourist attraction.
