Qingdao Beaches
Qingdao, China
With a lengthy coastline of 862Kms, the beaches of Qingdao are popular tourist destinations. The average temperatures on the various islands in this region range between 0 and 28 degrees C, hence it is not too hot. There are two high and two low tides every 24 hours. But the seas are not too rough except in the month of June. It is no wonder that the beaches have many resorts where tourists come throughout the year to enjoy scuba diving, boating, snorkeling, sailing, and other marine sports activities. The 2008 Olympics Regatta was hosted on these beaches. The area is also a delight for photographers.
