Wutai Shan

One of the most beautiful places in the Shanxi Province, China is the Wutai Shan or Mount Wutai. With its ridges, mountain peaks, colorful exotic rocks, crystal blue waters, and tall pine trees, it is a paradise on the Earth. The five main peaks on the range are Wanghai, Guayue, Jinxiu, Yedou, and Cuiyan Peak, that place the mountain among the top 10 most scenic spots in the Province. While you are exploring the region, a visit to the 75-meters tall Tayuan Temple is a must. This spectacular man-made structure combines with the bountiful nature to make the area a great tourist attraction.
