A museum is the best place to get an idea of how the royals of China lived in ancient times. Among the countless museums in the country, the Nanjing Museum has set many records. Covering an area of 70,000 square meters, it is the largest museum in the country. It has the biggest collection if priceless ancient artifacts. There are more than 400,000 exhibits, of which the Ming and Qing Dynasty porcelain items are the most significant. Other items include silverware, jade items, earthenware, folk art, bronze items, ancient Chinese paintings, sculptures, imperial garments made of silk, lacquer artifacts, etc. You must see the coat of arms made with jade and silver.
